APRIL 15 & 16th Menu

* Wilted Watercress, Daikon & Cabbage Roll with a spicy horseradish sauce .
( wild harvested ingredients from property)

* Creamy Cauliflower Bisque with four flavors
Caramelized red onion, Curried tofu, barley & apple

*Cornmeal Crusted Tempeh
with a yellow pepper glaze & starlight spinach

* Raw Live Cacao Truffles & Coconut Tapioca
with fresh fruit.

With the exception of the the barley in the soup this entire menu is Gluten Free.
There may be slight variation depending on local produce or availability. Also there usually will be a spontaneous "CHEF'S CHOICE" that will appear on the menu the night of the event and won't be posted prior. Watch the magic happen. See you soon
